Training for Quality System Auditor planned in collaboration with internationally recognized certifying body for personnel to perform effective quality management system audits compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 19011, “Guidelines for auditing management systems” - emphasizing your ability to conduct 2nd party assessments of suppliers and sub-contractors. The training is completed with an exam with a Certifying Body for the qualification.

The training is completed with a final exam to obtain the qualification..

Expediter

In collaboratrion with Bureau Veritas Italia we provide training for painting/Coating inspector according to British Gas Approval Scheme (BGAS), a certification program provided by TWI and is suitable for candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in industrial painting or coating inspection and will also be applicable for those who require knowledge on painting inspection.

Painting Inspector BGAS

One day training for technical personnel interested in receiving information on the correct preparation of the edges to be welded and on the reading and interpretation of the graphic sing of the various weldings according to European and American standards.

Graphic Sings Interpretation

Two days training for technical personnel on the basic information on the many different construction materials, on metallic ones in particular, and on the traceability process during production. The training is also on the material certification, according to UNI EN ISO 10204.

One day training for technical personnel on the various mechanical tests on materials, specifying for each type the kind of test and the check of ist results according to the reference standards..

Mechanical Test

We can hold on request lectures on writing, reading and interpreting welding specifications (WPS), as well as interpreting standard EN regulations and/or international codes such as ASME, AWS, EEMUA, API etc.
The lessons are held by teachers having a solid experience in the field of welding and a deep knowledge of the field specific codes and/or regulations.
Our courses contents include notions of welding methodology, and focus on understanding the applicable specifications, codes and/or regulations, through the analysis of case studies examples and practical exercises for the drafting of welding specifications.
At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance is issued.
